Print back issues of Ballet Review from Vol 39 No 1 (Spring 2011) to Vol 47 No 3-4 (Fall-Winter 2019) are available for purchase.  Unfortunately, the Spring 2015 issue (Vol 43 No 1) is out of print.

The price is $25 USD for each single back issue, $50 USD for 2019 and 2020 double issues, not including shipping.
